Marion Recovery Map & Directions

Intake Visit: New patients are welcomed to walk in to Marion Opiate Recovery every Tuesday from 3:30-6:00 pm. For other available appointments please call 740-802-2412. Please allow at least 60 to 90 minutes for your first visit. Please make your way to the front desk where we will ask for your picture I.D. and insurance card. Our office staff will give you the intake forms which take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. A urine sample is taken during the first visit in order to see where you stand in recovery or addiction. This usually takes 5 minutes to complete. Individual session: New patients will complete a series of questions with either Stephanie, CDCA or Kira, CDCA. During this session, the counselor will take the time to get to know you and your goals for recovery. A series of questions will be conducted at this time. This can take 20 to 40 minutes to complete. Physician session: New patients will meet with the physician in order to come up with an individualized treatment plan, together. Our physicians are certified to prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone, Suboxone, or Zubsolv. Any requests for Vivitrol will have to be made one month in advance. Please call 740-802-2412 for arrangements. This may take 20 to 30 minutes to complete. Follow up visits: Sign in and fill out follow up sheet at each visit located by front window. Payment is collected. Please NO cash. Debit/credit/money orders only. Observed urine sample. Group or individual counseling. Group or individual physician visit.

Opioid Dependence Treatment: Fee Structure

First month: $200. A payment plan is available upon request.


New Patient Special: $120. Our monthly costs start at only $120. This special pricing is for the second, third, and fourth month (each).


Established Patients: $160. This is the cost of our program every 4 weeks beginning your 5th month.


Toxicology Screening: QUEST Diagnostics is our laboratory provider for urine or oral drug screens. Although most insurance providers cover drug screen costs, it is important to call your insurance provider in advance for coverage applicability and amounts.


Medication: Most insurance providers cover medication costs. If you do not have insurance, please talk to the office manager or assistant about options such as coupons and discounts.

Note: We do not keep any medications at our facility. We may only prescribe, not distribute, medications.

Stephanie's preparing to be our newest Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She is our CDCA for patients who prefer counseling outside a group session. She's in charge of patient intake & relapse prevention.
